Each month you will receive a batch of files that are called Field EDD files. These are Excel spreadsheets that contain all the information about the work required for each site for the month and that open in the EDGE software.
Each EDGE file contains a list of tasks for the month. This could be for multiple visits to the site, e.g. there could be three weekly visits and a monthly. Your work plan from Enitial will tell you which sites you have to visit on which dates and the tasks within EDGE will need to be filtered for the specific visit being made.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are missing a task for the month you are working in, DO NOT use the next available task, e.g. if you are on site in September expecting a September task and it is missing, DO NOT use the October task if present.
