Earthsoft have introduced the ability to enter data through forms.  The important thing to note is that the form tab is additional to the old table entry tab, i.e. the table entry tab is still present and it remains the PRIMARY data entry sheet.  The Water Level Form and Field Sample Form should be considered as another way to enter data into the Water Level and Field Sample table tabs.

There is no form yet for the Activity data BUT where a discharge form is completed the questions on the form are automatically entered into the Activity sheet.
